Q: How long will it take to receive my personalised gift?
We offer fast 1 -2 working day dispatch on all of our personalised gifts.
You can choose between standard or express delivery at checkout. Express delivery within the UK takes 1-2 working days and standard normally takes 2-3 working days to deliver.
Need it sooner? We offer a guaranteed next working day by 1pm UK delivery service. Please order by 12pm for the next day service.
Q: Do you deliver internationally?
Yes!
Orders to countries located within the EU will be sent via a tracked Royal Mail delivery service which normally takes 3-5 working days. EU delivery £10.95.
All other worldwide deliveries are sent via a tracked Royal Mail / UPS delivery service which normally takes 5-7 working days. International delivery £20.95.
NB: Customs & taxes are not collected by us and may be payable by you (the customer) prior to delivery of the goods.
